We did several hikes during our time in the mountains (I think this is my last post from that week!)

One of Andrew and I's favorite spots to take the girls is this boulder field (you take the ski lift up the mountain to get to it). It was fun to take the whole Wolgie family up this trip. The older kids all are really good at scrambling across the rocks.

Naomi and Tess. Almost exactly a year apart. Love seeing their relationship develop. They could be trouble together :)

Malia and Kendal coming down from the boulder field. There was a lot more snow up there than we have experienced in the past, but it didn't seem to bother the kids.

Not sure where this hiking pose came from?

On our way out of the mountains, the whole family got one last hike in.
Davey at the top of McCullough Gulch (again where is this hiking pose from?)

 3 miles roundtrip - 1,000 feet elevation gain - 11,900 ft summit
Probably one of the hardest hikes I have ever done and we did it with 7 kids under 7!

Naomi was excited to explore at the top. That pink speck is her!
Malia and Graham with the lake behind them.

Alli, Chris and Des got a quick family shot before we started bolting down the mountain trying to beat a storm that was rolling in.

 Hiking down.

Naomi almost asleep in the backpack.
More hiking down.

Des posing by the cool roots of a tree that fell over.

And my hero was Chris who got Davey down the mountain with a smile on her face after she complained (semi-legitamately) the whole way up.
