Bike Riders

On Easter, 3.5 year old Tess was showing the rest of the family how she had just learned to ride without training wheels. That sparked interest in my previous disinterested older girls to try.

Davey was up first. She had a night home alone with Andrew and immediately picked it up. The next morning she asked to go out at 7 a.m. to show me. So we went out in our pajamas.

Naomi came out with us (Malia was still asleep) and showed off her new balance bike skills in her pajamas (yes she likes to wear swimsuits to bed).

By Sunday, we got Malia out and riding on her own.

Even though they are on the older side to learn, it was a big accomplishment in our home. And it was much easier than Andrew and I anticipated which we were grateful for because we had a few other things going on this week!
